I rode a bike yesterday for the first time in YEARS for about an hour. I am so so sore! Next time I need a special oldlady seat. One that is really cushy and wide for my bottom.

and might I recommend one not made by "Panasonic".... unless there is a speaker in that seat I dont think it would be the best for your rump
