Hey, also about gear, check out trackbc.com It shows all the current deals on gear that are at least 50% off. Regarding backpacks, most of them are going to be fine for what you need, check out the reviews and as you have questions send them my way. Steep and Cheap has a GREAT return policy, so if you order one and don't like it after you use it on the trail, you can return it, cool eh? So get some gear for when I come home. Also, if you are going to do a lot of hiking, keep an eye out for a CamelBak hydration system, you will LOVE IT!!!
