Darn

Today while updating my "accountability" list I typed: week TWENTY! Then I realized I forgot to workout in September. Wow I wanted to have lost 15-18 pounds by now but I'm stuck at 10. Oops. I want to make excuses about lots of vacations, la la la la but part of my fitness journey is learning how to bounce back to my routine after its been interrupted. Phil also threatened to cancel timberhill again so that also helped motivate me.

Here's to getting back on track!

Don't feel bad Jenna...I pretty much skipped all of September as well! I think I ran like 3 times and finally did again today, hoping to get back on track! You can do it girl!
