Holy smokes! I gotta say, right now I am glad to be in San Diego!
I love summer, but that's way too hot! Happy to be in CO!- Chris
Thanks Jenna for the nice comment! I really have no regimen as of the last 4 weeks...I need to get my butt back in gear!! Running, lots of running...which I hate more than anything but hey it works! Good job on your exercising too!!
Go to the River House. NOW.
we feed our bulldog ice when it gets hot...she loves it, because bulldogs are weird...and it helps cool her down.
