I Pulled My Calf Muscle In My Sleep?!


How did this happen???
I woke up at 5:20am screaming, crying..
Phil woke up so confused, "Do you need a banana?"
I pushed him away, "don't touch it don't touch it, no babe go back to sleep."


Today Im limping, it hurts so bad.
I also woke up at 3am uncontrollably coughing/choking .. the air got so dry in our room last night.

Bad Nights Rest
(Abby still wins.)

I used to get these so bad that I would wake up and have to do labor breathing. who-who-hee. They suck!!!

I could help but laugh when I read this. Sorry :-) My first thought was that you're pregnant. Had those all the time during my pregnancies...just like Kylie.

also can be from low or high potassium levels...best thing to do is get up and stretch it out, then it shouldn't hurt so much in the next few days. although that sore muscle pain is from is very typical and expected. i'm sorry jenna, those are not fun.

happens to me all the time. it huuuurts!!!! low potassium/calcium :(
tiff is right - stretch it...it'll feel better, as much as it sucks. but I hate that feeling where it feels like its on the verge of happening all over again...
