Back in the neighborhood

We are finally home, not quite settled in but we're definitely Corvallis residents. We got home Saturday evening and jumped right back in to our wonderful community, I sure love you guys! We've been so busy since we've been back but I love it! Ben and Christine moved in down the street over the summer... we now have 4 couples on our street, we are going to have such a radical fall/winter!

This morning we got a cute little delivery from the sweet Bain girls down the street.
so so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mama Bain made some delicious guilt free muffins!
I ate 2! I guess I need to save some for the rest of the house but it will be hard :)

Coming To An END

Its our last week in Portland! Phil and I have had an amazing summer. I'm disappointed in myself for not blogging more frequent and taking more photos. We have been so busy! The last 4 months have gone by fast. I wish I had more time to explore PDX and I'm crossing my fingers that we get to come back here next spring(for those of you that haven't heard Phil was offered a job with the company he's been interning with). Lots of eating, lots of playing and lots and lots of eating! But they highlight of the summer was definitely our landlords upstairs! I've been wanting to take a picture of them for a while and introduce them to you but I've been a lame blogger.

We chose our apartment 100% for the location but once we viewed the inside we instantly thought "double score!" We had an amazing location and a cuter studio than I could have imagined... the craigslist photos we saw ahead of time didn't do it justice. We thought the landlords were nice and the kids were adorable... I had no idea I would fall in love with this family! "Triple Score!"

I am so so thankful to have made new friends and am looking forward to visiting them on a REGULAR basis!
